Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us with prior approval will be accepted.

If the return is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@calibliss.com.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or open/used items.
